Includes Senior Health, Mental Wellbeing, Technolgy Learning Programs, Dance and Yoga Classes, Discussions/ Seminars on Senior Abuse, Financial Abuse, Scams, Dementia and its Prevention,Social Interactions to overcome isolation and Birthday and Festival celebrations etc.
